// Bare-metal infrastructure & digital sovereignty
We forge zero-telemetry, self-hosted infrastructure on hardware you control — then hand you the keys if you want them, or stay on as your right hand if you don't.
No rented privacy. No vendor lock-in. No black boxes.
// Who we serve
If you're tired of handing your data to someone else's castle, you're who we build for. Own your metal — hold your ground.
Strip out Windows telemetry and forge a bare-metal Linux rig tuned for frames and creative work. No bloat, no spyware — just full command of the machine you paid for.
A keep built for a real siege. Hardware-isolated Qubes OS workstations, compartmentalized by design — so a single breach never takes the whole stronghold.
Your own keep, not a rented room. Homelab-as-a-service — Nextcloud, Jellyfin, WireGuard, and local LLMs you actually own and host.
Break the licensing siege. Enterprise virtualization on Proxmox and Ceph, sized and supported for teams without a data-center budget or a king's ransom to spend.
// What we do
Four ways we get you off rented infrastructure and onto your own ground.
Custom Linux builds tuned for raw performance — gaming, creative work, or compute. No bloatware, no telemetry, just clean steel under your command.
Self-hosted services — files, media, VPN, local AI — so you stop paying monthly tribute to outsource your own data to someone else's cloud.
Move off restrictive licensing without downtime drama. We plan and run the cutover to Proxmox and Ceph, and reclaim your data center.
We don't migrate and vanish. One-on-one mentorship and a full year of support — as hands-on as you want, whether you take the reins yourself or keep us right beside you.
// How it works
No mystery, no lock-in. You finish the campaign knowing exactly how your domain runs.
$ ./survey --your-keep # map your hardware, goals & threat model
→ a concrete plan for what to run, and why
$ ./forge --zero-telemetry # build, migrate, harden
→ your infrastructure, on your metal, fully yours
$ ./crown --optional # the keys + the knowledge, only if you want them
→ take the reins yourself, or keep us by your side — your call, always

// The smith behind the forge
Pendragon is one operator who's been running Linux since age 12, half a lifetime ago. I worked at ShapeShift, then spent three years in operations at Binance.US as employee #20, then System76 — before building Pendragon to do infrastructure the way it should be done: on your metal, with no telemetry and no lock-in.
I study how systems are built and how they break — formally, in Computer Engineering and Linguistics at MSU Denver, and in the open. I maintain pendragon-scripts, a hardened alternative to the Proxmox Helper Scripts; contribute to AMD's lemonade-sdk; and maintain the xian-vl AI translation tools.
I'll hand you the keys when — and only if — you want them. Prefer I keep watch over the keep instead? That's just as welcome. Either way you're never left to figure it out alone: I'll walk you through every step and stay as hands-on as you need, for as long as you need.
